The Legacy Society Changes the Future of Medicine

The Legacy Society at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital was established to recognize those individuals who have included the hospitals in their estate plans through a will, trust, retirement plan, life-income gift, or other planned gift.

Through their generosity and thoughtful foresight, these special friends have created a legacy to support the hospitals’ mission to advance teaching, research, and patient care.

You can easily make a difference in the lives of others by:

  • Naming BWH or BWFH as a beneficiary of a will or trust
  • Establishing a charitable gift annuity, charitable remainder trust, or other life-income gift
  • Designating BWH or BWFH as a beneficiary of a qualified retirement account or life insurance policy
  • Designating stocks, bonds, real estate, or other property to the hospital

Each gift arrangement has the potential to fulfill your philanthropic and financial goals. By including the hospitals in your estate plans, you will have a hand in shaping the future of medicine and developing life-giving breakthroughs for years to come.
